HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

CAN I CHANGE MY PRE-PAID RESERVATION?
If you have made a paid reservation through www.citycarsrental.com, we regret to inform you that no changes can be made, and we would like to remind you that the cancellation conditions apply for cancellation and refund.

CITY CAR is the supplier for reservations made outside of www.citycarsrental.com. For your change requests, you must contact the channel you have booked.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO HIRE A CAR?
In order to rent a car, you must be over the age of 21 and have a B group driver's license for at least 2 years.
If our customer is over the age of 19 and has a license of at least 1 year, he can purchase a group B license young driver package and rent it. ( daily price is 175 TL + VAT
CAN I CHANGE THE RENTAL PERIOD AFTER I RECEIVE THE CAR I RENTED?
Of course, you can extend the duration of your daily rentals or deliver early. Our rental period is 24 hours, so if you deliver the vehicle on the same day, you will be charged with a 1-day fee. For your early deliveries, the price corresponding to the number of days used in the price table will be valid. However, we would like to remind you that the reservation amount is non-refundable for paid reservations. When monthly reservations are to be converted into daily rentals, they are calculated according to the daily price table. The monthly price is invalid.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?
Your invoice; After your rental is over, it is sent to the e-mail address you shared at the beginning of the rental within 3 working days.
CAN I GET INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CAR RENTAL PRICES POLICY?
We have a dynamic and variable price policy depending on the instantaneous demand and densities in the demanded region.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON WHEN MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can follow Discount Coupons on our website www.citycarsrental.com through the Campaigns section. You can define your discount by entering the valid campaign code in the Coupon Code section during the reservation.
HOW DO I PAY THE FINAL AMOUNT IN CASE OF TRAFFIC PENALTY?
If the traffic fine is written on your TR ID number, the user of the vehicle must make the payment.
In traffic fines written on the plate, when the traffic fine is notified to us, it is paid at a discount and is collected from our customers' credit cards. Simultaneously, the service fee for the traffic ticket is also collected.
WHAT IS REQUIRED WHEN FILLING THE AGREEMENT?
Your driver's license (also passport if you are coming from abroad), your credit card in your name, address and telephone information are recorded in our contract by our staff. Be sure to ask for a copy of your signed rental agreement, which also shows the rent you paid and the deposit.
HOW IS THE PAYMENT PROCESSED FOR INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS?
Payment transactions for international reservations can be made online via our website, using a secure payment method and credit card.
For overseas reservations, payment transactions can be made at the office with a personal credit card.
In international reservations, payment transactions can be made in cash (Turkish Lira, Euro, Dollar, Sterling) when the vehicle is received.
HOW CAN I ACCESS TRAFFIC FINE DOCUMENTS?
As soon as the traffic ticket documents are uploaded to the system, they are sent via Whatsapp to the number you shared during your rental.
You can request your traffic fine documents from the e-State address for the traffic fine reports applied to the driver.

CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPONS ON SPECIAL DAYS?
Discount coupons; It is not used on special days such as religious holidays, public holidays, New Year's Eve and public holidays.
IS THERE ANY METHOD OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD FOR RENTALS? CAN I PAY IN CASH?
For all rentals to be made within the body of CİTY CAR, a credit card is requested, which belongs to the person on whose behalf the rental will be made, and on which the name and surname of the customer who will make the rental is written. Apart from credit card, cash, debit card, virtual card, supplementary card, promissory note etc. Payment methods are not accepted. Traffic fines, highway crossings, rental extension requests, damage costs, etc. casesfor collection. (Exemption may apply for foreign customers)
I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CAR I RENTED, CAN I CHANGE IT?

CAN I HIRE A CAR FOR MORE THAN 28 DAYS?

I MADE A PAYMENT RESERVATION OUTSIDE OF WWW.CITYCARSRENTAL.COM AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
CITY CAR is the supplier for reservations made outside of www.citycarsrental.com. For your cancellation and refund requests, you must contact the channel you made the reservation.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS OF PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS?
For Prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 1 month before the vehicle pick-up date, the entire rental fee will be refunded by CITY CAR.
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 4 weeks and 3 weeks, 25% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 3 weeks and 2 weeks, 50% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 2 weeks and 1 week, 75% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
For Prepaid reservations, the rental fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 1 week before vehicle delivery.
In prepaid reservations, vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 2 hours from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
HOW IS THE BOOKING CONFIRMED? I DID NOT EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I DEFINITELY HIRE THE VEHICLE I RESERVED?
Reservations are made on a group basis and no brand guarantee is given. If the vehicle is not available in the group where your reservation is made, a higher segment vehicle will be given at the same price.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR UNUSED DAYS IN CASE OF EARLY DELIVERY IN MY PRE-PAID RESERVATION?
For prepaid reservations, the days not used by the customer after the vehicle is received are not refundable.
WHAT ARE YOUR CAMPAIGNS? CAN CAMPAIGNS COMBINE?
You can review all our campaigns and create reservations via the 'Campaigns' tab. Two different campaigns cannot be combined.
CAN I RENTAL WITH CREDIT CARD POINTS?
CITY CAR does not rent a car with credit card points.
CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER AFTER THE CAR I HIRE?
An additional driver can be added to the rental agreement, however, as there will be changes during the rental process, the process is completed by fulfilling the following conditions.
If you are the main driver, you must come to the office with the vehicle and the new driver you wish to add.
At the office, the vehicle damage control will be done with the Manual Delivery Document, after which the main driver and the additional driver will re-sign the lease agreement together.
CAN I RENTAL WITH SOMEONE'S CREDIT CARD?
Unfortunately, you cannot rent with someone else's credit card. The credit card holder must come to the office with you and be included in the rental as an additional driver. Our customer is the person making the payment, our customer must come to the office with his personal credit card and sign the necessary documents. The credit card holder, the agreement is opened in his name, but the person to whom the agreement will be opened must also have a license.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON TO MAKE THE PAYMENT/HIRE THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE?
A person without a license cannot rent a car. The person renting the vehicle must have a driver's license and must make the payment himself. If he does not have a driver's license, he cannot rent, add an additional driver and get car rental service.

DOES CITY CAR SUPPLY A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE DURING MAINTENANCE OF THE VEHICLE?
In case of maintenance or damage to the vehicle, CITY CAR offers the vehicle equivalent to the vehicle or a higher group vehicle as soon as possible.
VEHICLE DELIVERY AND DELIVERY SERVICE
