TRAFFIC FINES
Any liability and material traffic fines arising from non-compliance with the current traffic laws belong to the user. Fines for traffic and illegal bridges and highway tolls, which occur during the rental period of the vehicle but reach us after the end of the rental, are collected from the person and/or company specified in the rental agreement. ASSURANCES

WHEN WILL THE DEPOSIT RECEIVED AT THE LEASING BE REFUNDED?
When your rental is finished, your deposit amount is returned by CITY CAR. It is reflected in your account within 3-5 working days due to the internal communication of the bank. In cases where renting is made with a foreign credit card, the reflection period of the refund in the account is 10-15 working days.
WHAT ARE YOUR PANDEMIC-SPECIAL HYGIENE MEASURES?
We deliver our vehicles to you immediately after disinfecting, cleaning and airing before the reservation date.
CAN SOMEONE DRIVE THE CAR I HIRE?
In order for the person(s) other than the renter to use the vehicle, the driver's license information of the additional driver(s) must be shown on the rental agreement, therefore the driver(s) must be physically present at the office when the agreement is opened. In case of determination of the contrary and/or in case of any accident, all guarantees will be deemed invalid and both the renter and the person driving the vehicle will be held responsible separately and jointly.
CAN OUR CUSTOMERS OVER THE AGE OF 21 MAKE RENTALS?
If our customer is over the age of 19 and has a license of at least 1 year, he can purchase a group B license young driver package and rent it. (daily price 175 TL + VAT)
In order to use the Young Driver Fee application, the conditions listed below and in the table must be met.
In order to rent vehicles in the economic (A,B,N,F) group, it is necessary to be at least 21 years old and have a driving license for 2 years. People between the ages of 19-21 and who have a driver's license for 1 year can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent the vehicles in the Comfort (O) group, you must be at least 23 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. Persons between the ages of 21-23 and who have a driver's license for 2 years can rent a vehicle from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.

RENTAL WITH FOREIGN LICENSE
Turkish citizens who will be renting know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with their driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries only under the following conditions and conditions:
With the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of 1 year from the date of entry into our country.
Those who have been in our country for more than six months are required to have the Turkish translation of their driver's license approved by foreign representatives or notary public, together with their driver's license, while driving.
At the end of one year, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with our country's driver's license in order to be able to drive in our country.

ISSUES INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Prices include Damage Liability Assurance, Theft Assurance and 18% Value Added tax. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
For Prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 1 month before the vehicle pick-up date, the entire rental fee will be refunded by CITY CAR.
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 4 weeks and 3 weeks, 25% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 3 weeks and 2 weeks, 50% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
In Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 2 weeks and 1 week, 75% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
For Prepaid reservations, the rental fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 1 week before vehicle delivery.
In prepaid reservations, vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 2 hours from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
The number of days remaining in the early delivery of the vehicle is not refundable.
Users with a foreign driver's license have to present their passport to the rental office, otherwise the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
Refunds for Prepaid Reservations will be reflected on your card within 3-5 business days, depending on the bank's transaction intensity.

Unused Days:
If the vehicle is returned before the date range specified in the reservation form after the rental has started, no refund will be made for the unused days. If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the date and time specified in the reservation form, although a prepaid reservation has been made, the prepayment amount collected will not be refunded.
Extension of the Rental:
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, the rental period cannot be extended.
** CITY CAR reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally. In the cancellations made by CITY CAR, the full amount of money will be refunded.
CAN YOU PROVIDE RENTAL SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS WITH H CLASS DISABLED LICENSE?
Since only specially equipped vehicles with disabled license plates can be used with an H class driver's license, it is not legally possible to rent and use our vehicles with an H class driver's license.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS FROM ABROAD?
-For our foreign customers coming from abroad, they must have their passport and international driver's license with them during the rental.
- Our foreign customers coming from abroad must have an entry stamp in the last 6 months in their passports.
- Customers coming from abroad can drive for a maximum of 2 years as of the date of entry into Turkey. Customers who want to drive in our country after 6 months have passed from entering the country are obliged to carry with them the translations of the driver's licenses they received from foreign representative offices or notary public, and their driver's licenses while driving. IS THERE A KILOMETER LIMIT ON VEHICLES?
The right to use the kilometer in daily car rental service is limited to 2000 km per contract for 7 days or more rentals, on the condition of 250 km per day.
