5- SOMUNCU BABA TOMB AND COMPLEX
Located in the Zaviye District of Darende District, Somuncu Baba Tomb is located together with Somuncu Baba Mosque and Balıklı Göl. His Holiness Hamidi Veli, who lived during the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Yıldırım Beyazıt Han, comes from the 24th generation of our Prophet (saas), that is, he is Sayyid. He received his first education from his father and then continued his studies in the field of science in Damascus, Tabriz, Hoy and Ardebil. He benefited from the spirituality of Bayezid-i Bistâmi and received his license from Alaaddin-i Erdebili.
